Hiring: Associate Training Coordinator

Job Summary: As an Associate Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating corporate training programs, workshops, and learning events. The role involves managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution of all training activities.

.Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops as per the event readiness process.
- Manage venue bookings and ensure all training facilities are properly set up.
- Communicate with instructors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Perform LMS-related activities enrollment, scheduling, rescheduling, and feedback management.
- Assist trainers and participants with administrative support and issue resolution.
- Document issues, track tickets, and prepare daily/weekly reports on Excel.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills

Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in Training Coordination / BPO / Operations / Administration

Must be a Graduate (any discipline)





Comfortable working in Night Shifts

Willing to sign an 18-month service agreement

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Training: Post selection, candidates will undergo approximately 15 days of training covering job responsibilities. A training stipend of 5K will be provided
