We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Architect - Workplace to join our Workplace Design team. This role combines strategic thinking, design excellence, technical detailing, and stakeholder collaboration to create creative workplace environments that are both aesthetically compelling and functionally effective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving workplace design projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, and end-user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

- Develop workplace design concepts, layouts, test-fits, and space planning solutions.
- Lead concept development and collaborate with visualization teams for impactful 3D design outputs.
- Prepare design documentation, technical drawings, and detailing for project execution.
- Ensure innovative, user-centric, and brand-aligned design outcomes.

Client Management

- Engage with clients to understand project goals, workplace culture, and design requirements.
- Present design concepts and recommendations while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Project Coordination

- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Strategy & Research

- Develop workplace design strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct user and workplace research to support informed design decisions.
