Skill - Motion Graphic Designer

Exp - 11-15 yrs

Location -Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata/Pune

Shift Timing - 2 PM to 11 PM

Required:

• 15+ years of relevant experience leading video, motion graphics, or integrated creative functions in

an agency, studio, or in-house environment.

• Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Film, Design, Media, Animation, or a related field;

advanced degree preferred.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of high-impact, cross-channel motion and video programs.

• Proven ability to lead senior creative teams, set standards, and translate business priorities into strong visual storytelling and expertise in pre/post video production.

• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and industry-standard AI tools.

• Working knowledge of 3D animation,



motion systems, and emerging media formats.

• Executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong business judgment, including the ability to align creative ambition with budget, delivery, and organizational priorities.

• Experience managing large portfolios, complex stakeholder environments, and external production partners.

• Ability to build, retain, and grow high-performing creative teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading global or distributed creative teams.

• Experience in a quick-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand environment, consulting, or other complex B2B/B2C marketing environments.

• Ability to travel as needed.
