Requirements
2 to 5 yrs Exp
Np - 30 days Max
Work location - Hosur
Desired Skill sets:
- Process knowledge in liquid painting, powder coating, pretreatment, electro deposition for ABS, Aluminium, steel & carbon fibre parts
- Paint shop equipment specification preparation for current equipment's, fixtures, jigs etc
- Knowledge & experience in Paint application trouble shooting Knowledge & experience in Electro coating & powder application trouble shooting
- Knowledge & hands on experience in paint repair on ABS, steel and aluminium parts [ Liquid painting & Powder coating]
- Knowledge & experience in process / facility re-engineering for to meet QCD targets Idea generation & execution of projects for painting cost savings
- Knowledge in TS16949 i.e. PFD, PFMEA, QCPC, FPDR, TPDR etc Knowledge & experience in ACAD, Creo, catia
