- Overseeing onboarding documentation, investor allocations, distributions, and reconciliations to ensure a seamless process.
- Monitoring cash flow and communicating essential updates to the Fund Manager.
- Ensuring compliance with IFSCA regulations, AIF regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements while supporting regulatory filings, disclosures, and reporting.
- Collaborating with compliance teams and external advisors to facilitate compliance efforts.
- Managing investor onboarding processes in close coordination with Compliance and Sales teams, ensuring thorough KYC/AML documentation and due diligence.
- Assisting in addressing investor queries related to subscriptions,



redemptions, distributions, and reporting.
- Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators to ensure timely preparation of financial statements, performance reports, and capital statements.
- Supporting fund budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and driving process improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

- 1-2 years of experience in AIF Operations or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of fund accounting, investor servicing, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and process optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
