Role Overview
As a Junior HR Manager, you will assist in managing day-to-day HR activities, support recruitment and onboarding, implement HR policies, and help create a productive and employee-friendly work environment.

- Assist in managing daily HR operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities

Eligibility Criteria
- 0 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple responsibilities
