Job Summary
As a Security Incident Response Subject Matter Expert, you will play a vital role in the Support & Operations team by ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards. Your expertise in security incident response and technical solution implementation for SIEM will significantly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Analyzing Security Alerts Through Siem Tools, Maintaining Adherence To Agreed Service Level Agreements.
Mentor Team Members And Administrators On Security Best Practices, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Enhance Team Performance.




Validate Change Order Implementation Plans By Assessing Potential Impacts On Security Incidents And Ensuring Human Error Compliance In Operational Processes.
Facilitate Effective Communication With Key Business Stakeholders By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Address Any Operational Issues.
Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause And Trend Analysis, And Prepare Reports To Present Findings And Facilitate Performance Improvements To Senior Management.

Skill Requirements
Strong Understanding Of Security Incident Response Principles And Practices.
Proficiency In Security Information And Event Management (Siem) Tools.
Familiarity With Change Management Processes And Capacity Planning.
