They specialize in delivering luxury residential and premium commercial projects , working closely with leading architects, interior designers, and HNI clients .

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Head who can lead the luxury sales function, build strong industry relationships, and drive high-value project closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow regional sales for luxury furniture & interior fitout projects
Build and manage relationships with top architects, interior designers, and PMC firms
Drive business through project sales, turnkey solutions, and bespoke offerings
Manage and convert high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients
Develop channel partnerships within the premium design ecosystem




Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to project closure

Candidate Profile:
6–12+ years of experience in high-end / luxury sales
Strong network within architect & interior designer community in Kolkata
Preferred industry exposure:
Furniture / Interior Fitout
Carpets & Furnishings
Sanitaryware / Bathware
Tiles / Premium Building Materials
Proven track record of handling large-ticket size projects
Strong understanding of design-led sales and client servicing
