Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily inside sales operations, including managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into orders. The Inside Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, coordinate with operations and service teams, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations. The position includes monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, supporting sales strategies, and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. The role also involves coaching and guiding the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify prospects, develop pipelines, and manage ongoing customer relationships.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, including responsiveness, negotiation ability, and a customer-centric approach.




Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should have prior experience in B2B or industrial products; experience in packaging machinery or related fields is an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior team leadership or supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and other outreach efforts.
Prepare accurate price quotations and follow up consistently with customers to move deals forward.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth and timely order closures.
Maintain and update CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
Track sales targets and share regular performance updates with management.
Mandatory Requirements
2–15 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Telesales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer accounts.
Experience in industrial products or the packaging industry is preferred.
