Job Responsibilities:

* Onboard bike riders for Delhivery's delivery operations.

* Conduct field visits and campaigns to recruit potential riders.

* Explain job details, payout structure and incentives to riders.

* Verify rider documents and complete the onboarding process.

* Achieve assigned daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales/Marketing preferred.

✅ Positive communication and convincing skills.

✅ Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

✅ Self-driven, confident and target-oriented.
