Major Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Copywriter, you will act as a driving creative force, crafting high-impact narratives that seamlessly cross the boundaries of traditional mainline advertising and digital experiences. Your work will be essential to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and effective communication across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker with a passion for words and a customer-oriented approach.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

- Brainstorm with team members to develop big, media-agnostic creative ideas for campaigns and pitches, categorizing them into specific creative buckets spanning mainline (TVC scripts, print, OOH, radio) and digital executions.
- Consume a diverse range of media and literature to craft effective, creative, and engaging copy delivering compelling long-form copy (manifestos, articles) alongside punchy short-form copy (headlines, social media captions).
- Collaborate closely with the solutions, strategy, and account management departments to write and propose value-added, creative interactive copy and presentations for new client pitches.




- Proactively propose agile moment marketing ideas and topical copy based on trending conversations, internet culture, and news relevant to the target audience.
- Take a creatively active role in the end-to-end coordination and execution of campaign rollouts, building effective relationships with internal design, video, and brand teams to ensure a smooth workflow and that timelines are met.
- Research and monitor cultural shifts, traditional advertising benchmarks, and Digital & Current Media industry trends to constantly elevate and modernize the agency’s creative offerings.

Skills Required

- 3+ years of experience in copywriting at an advertising/digital agency handling both mainline and digital.
- Strong portfolio with campaign thinking and long/short form copy samples
- Excellent command of English and strong storytelling skills Ability to think conceptually and craft headlines, scripts, and social copy
- Comfortable presenting work and handling client feedback
- Detail-oriented with a good grasp of grammar and proofreading
