Google Ads Specialist / Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist / Expert with 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in planning, managing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Search and Display advertising, PPC strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns.

* Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and campaign objectives.

* Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.

* Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.

* Create compelling, conversion-focused ad copies.

* Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing display creatives and landing pages.

* Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads.

* Perform A/B testing across ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, keywords, creatives, and audience segments.

* Analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

* Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

* Manage medium to large advertising budgets while ensuring efficient budget allocation.

* Build and optimize remarketing, customer match, and audience-based campaigns.

* Monitor search terms, negative keywords, quality scores, impression share, and auction insights.

* Stay updated with Google Ads policies,



platform updates, automation features, industry trends, and best practices.

* Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, design, and content teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

* 3–7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

* Proven expertise in Google Search and Display campaigns.

* Solid understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, keyword planning, campaign structuring, and audience segmentation.

* Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and attribution.

* Strong knowledge of remarketing, customer match, and audience-based campaign strategies.

* Experience managing and optimizing medium to large advertising budgets.

* Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.

* Strong understanding of metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, impression share, and ROAS.

* Experience creating performance reports and presenting actionable insights.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, accounts, and priorities.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping, or lead-generation campaigns.

* Knowledge of landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization.

* Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting and dashboard tools.

* Google Ads certifications will be an added advantage.
