About the Role :We are looking for a motivated Foundry Engineer to oversee and improve foundry operations, ensuring high-quality casting production, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in foundry processes with strong technical knowledge of metallurgy, molding, melting, and casting operations. Experience in centrifugal casting will be considered a strong advantage.Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day foundry operations including melting, molding, pouring, and finishing processes- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent casting quality- Troubleshoot casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, cracks, and inclusions- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection rate and increase productivity- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,



and quality standards- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams- Maintain process documentation and production reports- Assist in developing recent casting processes and product development- Optimize raw material usage and control production costsRequirements: & Skills :- Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry operations- Strong understanding of metallurgy and casting processes- Knowledge of moulding materials, and furnace operations along with Melting of Non Ferrous Copper and Alloy- Experience in quality inspection techniques and defect analysis- Familiarity with centrifugal casting processes (preferred/added advantage)
