We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, system monitoring, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to handle routine technical and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor computer systems and applications on a daily basis.
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems.
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records.
Generate reports and documents as required.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues promptly.
Perform regular data backups and maintain data security.
Manage files, folders, documents, and other digital records.
Assist employees with basic computer and software-related issues.
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other office records.
Print, scan, copy, and organize documents when required.




Follow company procedures for data handling and system usage.
Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical problems.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
Basic to good knowledge of computers, operating systems, and office applications.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Valuable typing speed and high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of data entry and database management.
Ability to identify and report basic computer or system issues.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
