Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation)

Location: Gurugram/Noida (Onsite), 5 days/week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.
- Investigate incidents using application logs, SQL queries, and monitoringtools.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive issue resolution.
- Support REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and authenticationworkflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.
- Manage customer onboarding, technical implementations, and ongoing production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation,



troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.
- Solid understanding of SQL and REST APIs.
- Experience with Postman, webhooks, and API troubleshooting.
- Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Linux, application logs, and production incident management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
