The Role

At Bizom, you will not just manage customers, you will work closely with some of the biggest FMCG/CPG brands and see how businesses actually run on the ground. From understanding sales and distribution challenges to helping customers solve them using technology and AI-driven products, this role gives you a front-row seat to how modern businesses scale.

What You will Drive at Bizom

● Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Bizom, a leading SaaS-based supply chain and sales force automation platform for the FMCG/CPG industry.

● Understand customer business requirements and configure the product to match their operational needs.

● Work closely with master data, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to customers.

● Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams by clearly communicating requirements, feedback, and challenges.

● Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure faster issue resolution and smooth project execution within defined SLAs.

● Help customers understand the product better through training, report generation, and product guidance.

● Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and ensure proper sign-offs during every stage of implementation.

● Conduct quality checks, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing),



and ensure successful go-live for customers.

● Drive product adoption post go-live and regularly engage with customers to improve usage and customer experience.

● Visit markets and understand on-ground FMCG operations to better solve customer problems and improve implementation effectiveness.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation abilities.

● Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and execution.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.

● High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Curious about technology, AI, and how modern SaaS products are transforming businesses.

● Comfortable working with MS Excel.

● Good understanding of FMCG/CPG business operations and distribution models will be an advantage.
