Job Summary

7–12 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in FlexPLM/Windchill data migration

Robust expertise in: Data migration strategies & ETL processes

SQL / Oracle Database

Experience with:

Data mapping, transformation, and validation

Bulk data loading and migration tools

Domain Experience (Preferred)

Retail / Apparel / Footwear / Consumer Goods

PTC FlexPLM and Windchill

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

Define end-to-end architecture for FlexPLM implementations and transformations

Design scalable solutions covering:

Product Lifecycle Management

Product Development & Sourcing

Supplier collaboration

Lead solution blueprinting, estimation, and technical design discussions

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

FlexPLM & Technical Leadership

Provide deep expertise in:

PTC FlexPLM (latest versions)

Windchill architecture

Guide teams on:

Customization frameworks

Data model extensions

Workflow and rule design

Define coding standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks
