We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and maintain relationships with our digital marketing clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, social media coordination, internal team management, and reporting. The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and coordinate social media platforms and ensure scheduled content is published as planned.
- Collect client feedback, requirements, approvals, and content on time.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and pending client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain internal reports, client updates, campaign trackers, and performance reports.




- Monitor the progress of digital marketing activities and follow up with relevant teams.
- Escalate client concerns or delivery issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure a smooth overall client experience.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication, requirements, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with basic SEO, SMM, social media marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads concepts to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Experience handling digital marketing/social media clients is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, skilled, and solution-oriented approach.
