Responsibilities

- Gain exposure to local and global clients in industries ranging from renewable energy, financial institutions, construction and technology to name a few.
- Grow your skills and knowledge through a full induction, on-the-job training and our ongoing study support
- Develop risk -advisory and consulting, client-facing and technical skills on meaningful projects
- Support senior leaders in the development and implementation of recent strategies and products
- Build relationships with colleagues around the world and develop a strong network

Qualifications

The requirements

- PGDM or MBA qualified in the insurance domain or an equivalent field
- Eager to learn and explore our business
- Ready to develop your technical knowledge and professional skills
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships
- Holding a CGPA of 6.5 or above
- Graduating in 2026
