An Ideal Candidate:

We are Looking for Application Development Team Lead directs a team of full-stack developers and QA resources in the design, development, testing, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. This role owns the end-to-end development process and is accountable for delivering release-ready, well-documented builds that meet established quality standards. Production deployment and release governance remain the responsibility of the designated Software Engineer or release owner

Key Competencies:

Team Leadership & Delivery

· Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers and QA engineers, providing technical direction, code review, and day-to-day task prioritization.

· Takes incoming requirements and owns the development process through QA sign-off.

· Coordinates handoff of release-ready builds to the domestic production deployment owner.

· Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and maintain team velocity, quality, and morale across time zones.

· Resolve technical impediments, manage risk within the development team,



and escalate blockers to the Software Engineer as needed.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and engineering craft within the team.

Application Development

· Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using C#, .NET (Web API, Entity Framework), React, and TypeScript.

· Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; enforce consistent coding standards and patterns across the team through peer review and tooling.

· Review pull requests into primary development branches, ensuring all code merged to trunk meets quality, security, and performance standards before handoff to the domestic application team.

· Communicate with the domestic team to understand and clarify requirements for the development team.

· Ensure GitHub repositories remain well-organized, branches are properly reviewed, and branching strategy aligns with the team's deployment model.

Quality Assurance & Testing

· Oversee QA personnel embedded within the team; define and enforce testing standards including unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage expectations.

· Champion a shift-left testing approach, ensuring defects are caught early in the development cycle rather than at the point of release.

· Utilize Sentry or equivalent error monitoring tooling to track application submit issues to the domestic team for review
