Role Overview
The Senior Art Director will lead the visual direction of campaigns, oversee creative execution, mentor the design team, and ensure the highest quality of creative output across all client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns.
- Develop creative directions, moodboards, visual identities, and campaign systems.
- Present concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Review and maintain the quality of all creative output before delivery.
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Account Managers.
- Guide photoshoots, film productions, retouching, and post-production.




- Ensure consistency across all brand communication.
- Mentor Junior Art Directors and Designers.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Solid conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
- Expertise in typography, layout, branding, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Figma; motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
