Roles Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Understand their needs and provide tailored HR consulting and staffing solutions
- Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company s goals and growth objectives
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients negotiate terms and finalize contracts Ensure client expectations are met and managed effectively
- Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services both in consulting and contract staffing
- Track and report on business development activities performance metrics and client feedback Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement




- Conduct thorough research on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities Required Skill Set
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR consulting and or contract staffing industry EOR
- Proven track record of generating leads acquiring clients and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services
- Strong understanding of HR consulting services including talent management organizational development and contract staffing solutions
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
