Job Description:

Summary: Supervising the entire sales channel (MP, Rajasthan and Gujarat) and bridging the gap in Between the sale team and the higher authorities to ensure smooth functioning and timely Achievements of Sales targets. Work on the missing loops wherever required and ensure the Team is provided with all the support whenever necessary to ensure smooth sales and better Positioning of the brand in the market.

Reporting to: Director

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and formulate sales strategies.

Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).

Goals set for sales teams on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Route Alignment & Area Mapping.

Secondary Sales Management

Establishing and maintaining a healthy relationship with retailers and target distributors.

Set up current sales channel in Gujarat and service/supervise existing channel in MP and Rajasthan.

Ensuring high rate of return on investment, sales support and sales.

Promoting the brand & encouraging the sales through various promotional activities, events and trade shows.





Regular flow of information from top to bottom and grievances/ support from bottom to top management for better brand visibility and sales.

Updating all sales data, maintaining stocks and compiling MIS reports.

Submit timely reports to higher authorities and recommend amendments/ corrective measures to address challenges if any.

Time to time updates and reporting to higher authorities at HO, updates on brand positioning, recommend changes/ formulate strategies and ensure execution of the same.

Experience: 7 years – 15 years (Operations)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry: Tea industry only

Salary Range: 8.40 – 13 LPA + Variables

Location: Base location (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)(requires frequent travel within Gujarat ,MP And Rajasthan markets).
