Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in developing creative Salesforce solutions within an enterprise Salesforce Platform instance at eBay. You will collaborate with development teams across Cambodia, the UK, and the United States to understand product features, leverage your expertise to design scalable solutions, and integrate systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Working closely with Salesforce Architects, you will translate business requirements into technical implementations, ensuring optimal platform performance. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development best practices, along with leadership capabilities to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design,develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- IntegrateSalesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Performhands-on configuration, customization, and development of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and declarative features. Experience with LWC and Apex is a plus.
- Collaboratewith Salesforce Architects in the United States to align solutions with best practices and business needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, high performance, and security.
- Engagewith stakeholders and architects to gather requirements, analyze business needs,



and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshootand resolve complex technical and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conductcode reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stayup to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimumof 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Extensiveexperience with Salesforce CRM platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Experience with CRM Analytics is preferred.
- Proficiencyin Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce integration tools.
- Strongunderstanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
- Experiencewith CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce development.
- Salesforcecertifications preferred:

○ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

○ Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I

○ Salesforce Certified Application Architect (a plus)

- Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
