This role focuses on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving long-term retention and growth across our accounts.The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and long-term partnershipsUnderstand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and resultsIdentify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and retentionMonitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly,
