- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
