We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff & Air Ticketing professionals.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all passengers
Handle inquiries and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo
Communicate effectively with team members and other airport staff to ensure smooth operations
Process and issue tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and perform cash handling duties
Keep the airport terminal clean and tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning common areas
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Continuously update knowledge of airline regulations and procedures




Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and agile environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
