Role Description The Food Server role at Beyondburg Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting the menu, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. The Food Server will coordinate with the kitchen team, ensure that orders are prepared and delivered correctly, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This role also involves handling payments, answering guest questions, and promoting specialty items while providing consistent,



friendly customer service. The Food Server is expected to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines and support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.

Qualifications
Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including order handling and serving best practices.
Basic Cooking awareness or interest in learning burger ingredients and preparation methods to explain menu items accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training can be provided.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
