Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, in office role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for driving strategic growth in solar power and solar water heating solutions. This role oversees identification and development of new business opportunities, including market expansion, key partnerships, and long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, guiding account management activities, and shaping business plans aligned with organizational goals. The Vice President will manage contract negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership to ensure revenue growth and profitability.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing performance reports, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of Evolve Energy Group.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Sales, with a track record of achieving growth targets in the &I; Segment.
Robust skills in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategy formulation.
Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience structuring and closing complex commercial agreements.
Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Proven leadership abilities, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Background in renewable energy or related industries is highly beneficial; understanding of solar solutions is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
