Role Description The Physiotherapy Assistant role at Rehabi Health is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Physiotherapy Assistant will support physiotherapists in delivering rehabilitation programs, assist with treatment sessions, and help patients perform prescribed exercises safely and effectively. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas and equipment, monitoring patient responses, documenting basic patient information, and reinforcing therapy instructions to promote optimal recovery.



The role also involves maintaining a clean and secure clinical environment, supporting quality patient care practices, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure coordinated rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to support treatment plans and exercise programs.
Demonstrated commitment to Quality Patient Care and general Patient Care, with a focus on safety, empathy, and dignity.
Knowledge or experience in Orthopedics, including common musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy or a related allied health field; relevant certification as a physiotherapy assistant is an advantage.
Ability to follow clinical instructions accurately, document observations clearly, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients, caregivers, and colleagues effectively.
Willingness to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram and adapt to a growing, fast-paced rehabilitation setting.
