Job Summary

Javis Company is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Gujarati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Gujarati.

Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.





Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

Fluency in Gujarati (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.

Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and basic English/Hindi.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
