Role Description The Medical Transcriptionist is a full-time, in office role based at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Kolkata. In this position, the professional will listen to and accurately transcribe dictated reports, clinical notes, and operative summaries from physicians and other healthcare providers. Daily responsibilities include converting audio recordings into transparent, formatted medical documents, verifying patient information and medical terminology, and ensuring all records meet hospital standards and compliance requirements.





Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Transcribing and Transcription, with experience in Transcription Services for medical or clinical environments.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medical Terminology, particularly in urology and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Candidates should possess rapid and accurate Typing skills, with proficiency in using transcription software and related tools.
Attention to detail, strong grammar and editing abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and complete medical records.
Familiarity with basic computer proficiency.
