Serve as the regional PMO and Change Management lead across AMEA. Partner with business and Digital leaders to drive governance, portfolio visibility, delivery discipline and organizational change across multiple countries and functions. Ensure global transformation initiatives are executed successfully while adapting governance and change strategies to local market needs. Solid focus on adoption, stakeholder alignment and business value realization.

Governance, RAID, dependency and risk management
Executive stakeholder management
Cross-functional delivery across matrix organizations
Qualified fluency in English
