Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Solid expertise in Compensation and Rewards, with the ability to support reward framework design and implementation. Solid understanding of HR Transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operating model improvements. Ability to learn quickly and apply Learning Agility to new client contexts, tools, and frameworks. Working knowledge of Org Structuring and Job Evaluation to support workforce and role design exercises. Proven capability to lead end-to-end workstream delivery with strong stakeholder management and pursuit/proposal support.
