Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Survey Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to customers or respondents, collecting survey responses, and maintaining accurate records of the information gathered.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to customers/respondents for surveys and feedback collection.
Explain survey objectives clearly and professionally.
Record responses accurately in the system/database.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines during interactions.
Maintain a polite and skilled attitude while handling calls.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
Report survey findings or issues to the supervisor.
Ensure confidentiality of respondent information.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in English and regional languages.
Manage and update company social media pages and website content.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or survey processes.
Confidence in speaking with different types of customers.
Time management and teamwork skills.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry is an advantage.
