Role & responsibilities
Candidate with Knowledge of local area, solid networking and negotiation skill will have edge over others.
Drive collections efficiency across all delinquent buckets.
Ensure collection practices adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI norms).
Monitor daily collection targets vs achievement and take corrective actions.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and field visits.
Plan and execute field visits for critical and high-value accounts
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Rural lending / Vehicle finance / MSME lending
With Tractor loans / Farm equipment finance may also be considered
