Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks during manufacturing.
Identify defects, process deviations, and quality issues on the shop floor.
Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
Ensure implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Analyze rejection, rework, and customer complaints to reduce defects.
Support internal audits, customer audits, and compliance activities.
Verify raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per specifications.
Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean.
Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments and gauges.
Train operators on quality standards and process requirements.
Follow safety, environmental, and company policies during operations Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
