Your Job Role Summary: Effective monitoring of operations of the assigned areas in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical and safety to achieve the deined targets with optimum utilization of resources and support to the team in achieving the organization's goals.
Your key deliverables will be:
Supervising closely the day-to-day production activities as perp defined process parameters and ensure internal / external customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinating with other departments on issues concerning productiong planning with smooth resolution of issues to meet the production target.
Providing technical guidance to the team regularly and respond to operator querieswith focus on upskilling them.
Skill mapping along with resource optimization to ensure delivery of products as per defined schedule and quality specifications.
Overseeing the introduction of current models and process changes to meet targeted outputs within the defined timelines.
Monitoring changeover and line setup efficiency closely and timely reporting on variances and concerns.
Maintaining and prooting high housekeeping standards in the respective section and ensuring secure and enviornment friendly work area.
Identifyign and reporting unsafe conditions to immediate superior & rectifying the unsafe acts immediately.
Faciitating reduction in transofrmation cost through implementaiton of various improvement intiatives relate to productivity, inventory reduction, quality resource utilization and capacity enchancement.
Preparing & providing timely shift production reports (MIS) for key planning and allocation decisions.
Essential Qualifcation: Bachelors degree in Automobile OR Mechanical OR Production.
Desired Qualification: Masters Qualification in related field.
Work Experience: Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.
Preferred Industry Experience: Automobile industry.
