Role & responsibilities :-
Lead the design and development of front-end loaders and farm machinery attachments.
Develop cutting-edge, reliable, and cost-effective loader systems for tractors.
Design loader arms, mounting brackets, buckets, quick couplers, hydraulic systems, and structural components.
Prepare 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
Perform design calculations, structural analysis, and strength validation.
Coordinate prototype manufacturing, assembly, testing, and field validation.
Conduct DFMEA, DVP&R;, design reviews, and engineering change management.
Work closely with Manufacturing, SCM, Vendor Development, Quality, and Production teams.
Drive localization, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and quality standards.
Mentor and guide a team of design engineers and project engineers.
