Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.
Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist
Ensure recent product success in your territory
Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory
Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation
