Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales skilled to drive revenue growth within the Quick-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. You will sell high-value Industrial Laser marking machines to leading food, beverage, personal care, and household goods manufacturers. Your primary focus will be hunting new enterprise accounts and managing corporate clients.

Location: WFH - top tier Indian city

Reporting To Senior National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Target, pitch, and close machinery sales in FMCG sector. Lead complex B2B sales cycles from lead generation to final negotiation. Deliver technical sales presentations tailored to plant managers and procurement heads. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets. Build deep relationships with key decision-makers, engineering and maintenance team. Analyze FMCG production line needs to propose customized automation solutions. Build relationships with suppliers of packaging machines to FMCG companies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and industry shifts within the FMCG packaging space. Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution scoping.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience
Duration : Minimum 10+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the FMCG sector. Industry: Direct experience working with printing machines, coding/marking systems, or packaging machinery. Minimum qualitification: Bachelor or Engineering or equivalent. Network: Active, established network of contacts within the FMCG manufacturing sector.

Competencies-
Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of manufacturing lines, packaging automation, or industrial printing. Negotiation: Proven ability to close high-CapEx and OPEx deals. Communication: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
