Job Description Heritage Foods Ltd. (Dairy & Ice Cream Plant)

Packing Operator – Operate packing machines, ensure product quality, hygiene, and achieve production targets.

CIP Operator – Operate CIP systems, perform cleaning cycles, maintain hygiene standards and records.

Refrigeration Operator – Operate refrigeration systems, monitor temperature, maintain compressors and cooling equipment.

Refrigeration Incharge – Manage refrigeration operations, team handling, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

Electrical Maintenance Technician – Handle electrical maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, panels, motors, and preventive maintenance.

Instrumentation Technician – Maintain sensors, PLC, control systems, calibration, and automation equipment.





Cone Operator – Operate ice cream cone filling machines and maintain production quality.

Machine Operator – Operate production machines, monitor performance, and support smooth operations.

Shift Executive – Manage shift production, manpower, targets, quality, and coordination with departments.

Utility Operator – Operate plant utilities like compressors, water systems, and support plant operations.

SCADA Operator – Monitor plant operations through SCADA, track parameters, alarms, and reports.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
Experience: Dairy / Ice Cream / FMCG Industry Preferred.
