Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Must-Have Skills

SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development

Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)

RICEF Objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

Web Dynpro ABAP

ALV (OO ALV / IDAL)

CDS Views

AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)

ABAP on HANA

OData Services (SEGW)

SAP Enhancements (BAdI, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)

Performance Tuning & Code Pushdown Techniques

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP developments in S/4HANA environments

Build and enhance Web Dynpro ABAP applications and UI components

Develop high-performance CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA-optimized solutions





Create and maintain RICEF objects across business processes

Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver business-driven technical solutions

Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and production issue resolution

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Preferred Experience

Solid understanding of S/4HANA data models

Knowledge of SAP Transport Management and development best practices

Experience working in Agile settings and large transformation programs

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Domain Experience

Manufacturing / Supply Chain experience will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Preferred Certifications

SAP ABAP on HANA Certification

SAP S/4HANA Development Certification
