Full Stack Backend Developer Experian (Data Apps Team)
Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Must-Have Skills
Robust Backend Development experience.
Expertise in:
Python (1st Preference)
Strong SQL/Database skills (highest priority)
Complex queries
Joins
Data analysis
Relational DBs (NoSQL knowledge is a plus)
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and enhance existing code.
Flexible to work across multiple technologies rather than sticking to one language.
Experience
5 - 12+ years.
Robust skills are more important than years of experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Work on an existing production application (not greenfield).
Analyze existing codebase.
Develop enhancements and new features.
Resolve production-related issues.
Work extensively with databases.
Occasionally contribute to new initiatives,
but primary focus is enhancement of mature applications.
Interview Process
Usually 2 rounds:
Technical phone/video interview.
Face-to-face technical interview in Hyderabad.
A third round may be conducted only if required.
Work Location
Hyderabad.
2 days/week Work from Office.
