Role & responsibilities:
Manage current business placements, prepare RFQs and QCRs, coordinate with insurers, and drive proposal conversion.
Handle renewals, client servicing, policy issuance, endorsements, and ensure high retention of assigned accounts.
Ensure accuracy in policies, documentation, compliance, and adherence to defined turnaround timelines (TAT).
Build robust insurer relationships and provide technical support for risk assessment, coverage structuring, and to meet client requirements.
Maintain system updates and periodical data Reports, collaborate with internal teams and continuously enhance insurance product knowledge and certifications.
