We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Testing Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and solid expertise in Python, Selenium UI Automation, API Automation, and Integration Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, leading QA activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.
Perform API Automation and Integration Testing.
Lead automation testing activities and mentor QA team members.
Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts,
and product teams to understand requirements.
Identify, track, and verify defects through closure.
Support CI/CD automation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Prepare test reports and provide regular project status updates.
Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases.
