Role & responsibilities
Solid secondary research capabilities: To collect information related to electricity balance in a country which include capacity, generation, import, export, T&D; losses, demand / consumption etc.
Primary research: To collect information and insights from key industry stakeholders.
Perform market sizing for power sector.
Understand and be able to do market segmentation.
Ability to perform market forecasting for power sector using statistical tools.
To analyze the information and provide logical conclusions or findings.
Develop industry expertise, lead/assist consulting projects as and when required.
Pick and track trends in the sector, build deep insights and competitive landscape for leading companies across the industry value chain.

Preferred candidate profile
Forecasting and experience in statistical tools.
Secondary and primary research.
Knowledge of power sector industry will be an added advantage.
Well-honed research skills and the ability to uncover unique insights.
Broad and well-developed analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
