Around 10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Expertise in recruiting for various US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and JobDiva ATS.
Experience working with Direct Clients and SOW (Statement of Work) Projects is highly preferred.
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
