Talent Formula is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a few positions available in our PKF Francis Clark Team. Below are some details regarding the possible position available.
We are looking for a Intermediate/Senior Accountant with 35 years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation to support our US-based clients. The role will focus on month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and tax compliance support while working closely with client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Perform month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate financial records
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Prepare tax workpapers and support Federal and State tax filings
Assist with sales tax compliance and tax-related reconciliations
Support audits and provide required documentation




Collaborate directly with US clients to resolve accounting and tax-related queries
Identify process improvements and maintain compliance with internal controls

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in US Accounting
Exposure to US Taxation and tax compliance processes
Experience supporting US-based clients
Solid understanding of General Ledger, Month-End Close, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Xero
Exposure to Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, or 1120S
Knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
