Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with robust expertise in HR processes, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, workforce management, payroll, and talent management solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving HR transformation initiatives and providing strategic guidance on HCM best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional SME for HCM processes and solutions.
Analyze, design, and optimize HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide expertise in core HR,



organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, and talent management.
Support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Develop functional specifications and review technical designs.
Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support data migration, system integration, and reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
